Terms of Service

1. The service

AZMA Academy — Aiman Zainal Martial Arts provides martial arts coaching for children and teens (ages 4–18) at customer-arranged venues (condominium function rooms, community halls, or homes) across the Klang Valley. The parent or legal guardian is our customer and must make all bookings and payments.

2. Free trial

New students receive 2 free trial classes. No payment details are collected for the trial. Trials are scheduled by agreement and subject to coach availability in your area.

3. Plans & payment

• 12-Week Program (RM 840, one-time): 12 weekly classes over 12 consecutive weeks from your agreed start date.
• Monthly plans (RM 320 or RM 600 per month): billed monthly in advance via Stripe; cancel anytime before the next billing date, effective at the end of the paid month.

All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

4. Missed classes & rescheduling

Classes cancelled by the coach are always replaced. Classes missed by the student with at least 24 hours’ notice can be rescheduled within the program period, subject to availability. The venue (function room/hall) must be available and suitable at the agreed time; if the venue is unavailable, the class is rescheduled.

5. Safety & conduct

Training is age-appropriate, and protective equipment is used for any contact drills. Parents must disclose relevant medical conditions before the first class and keep this information current. The coach may pause or end a class if the training space or student behaviour becomes unsafe.

6. Liability

Martial arts involves physical activity and carries an inherent risk of minor injury. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, AZMA Academy’s liability is limited to fees paid for the affected classes. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for negligence where it cannot be excluded by law.
